Darwin, seorang fotografer senior yang selalu menggunakan kamera manual, terkejut menemukan bayangan seorang wanita muncul di setiap foto yang diambilnya. Tak lama kemudian, sosok wanita itu muncul di kehidupan nyata, menerornya. Pia, pacar Darwin, memutuskan untuk menyelidiki identitas wanita tersebut. Ternyata wanita itu adalah Lilies, seorang mahasiswi berprestasi yang pernah belajar di universitas mereka. Ketika teman-teman Darwin meninggal satu per satu, Pia yakin ini terkait dengan ‘dosa’ yang dilakukan Darwin di masa lalu.
