Murakawa, seorang yakuza Tokyo yang sudah tua dan lelah dengan kehidupan gangster, dikirim oleh bosnya ke Okinawa bersama beberapa anak buahnya untuk membantu mengakhiri perang antar geng, konon sebagai mediator antara dua klan yang bertikai. Ia mendapati bahwa perselisihan antara klan-klan tersebut tidak berarti dan saat ia bertanya-tanya mengapa ia dikirim ke Okinawa, kelompoknya diserang dalam sebuah penyergapan.
